The drift test

The test reads your controller through your browser's built-in gamepad support. Everything happens on your device. Stick readings, the controller's name and your results are never sent to us or anyone else. The share image is made on your device and only goes where you choose to send it.

Advertising and cookies

This site shows ads to stay free. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your visits to this site and other sites. Ad partners may store and read cookies in your browser and may use web beacons, IP addresses or other identifiers to collect information while serving and measuring ads. You can learn how Google uses this information at How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services, and you can turn off personalized ads in your Google ad settings.

Affiliate links

Some links to replacement parts and controllers are affiliate links. If you buy through one, we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. The links only carry a search for the part, never your test results.

Hosting

Like any website, the hosting provider may log basic technical details of each visit, such as your IP address and browser type, for security and to keep the site running.
